Our goal is to have your order filled and
shipped within two business days from the time the
order was placed. This is assuming, of course, that
the items you ordered are in stock in our warehouse.
If we have a question or problem concerning your
order we will attempt to contact you via email (preferred)
and/or phone.
Our preferred method of shipping is via UPS GROUND
from our warehouse in Ypsilanti, Michigan (ZIP Code
48197). U.S.P.S. Priority Mail will be used for
PO Boxes, Hawaiian, Alaskan, APO/FPO and international
addresses. Signature confirmation is not available
for orders shipped via USPS. Please add one extra
day for processing time on these orders. If you

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS (within
continental U.S.A. only)*:
UPS NEXT DAY AIR: Add $20 to the standard
shipping rate for every $35 worth of product ordered.
For example, a $35 order will cost $27.95 for freight
($7.95 regular UPS freight, plus $20 for overnight
fees).
UPS 2nd DAY AIR: Add $15 to the standard
shipping rate for every $35 worth of product ordered.
For example, an order for $35 will cost $22.95 for
freight ($7.95 regular UPS freight, plus $15 for
2nd-day air fees).
* Expedited shipping orders must be placed over
the phone. Signature confirmation is required for
all expedited shipping orders! Submit your order
by noon EST, Monday through Friday, and your order
will ship the same day. Submit your order after
12 pm EST, Monday through Friday, and your order
will be shipped the next business day.

Please note that freight rates listed above (and
on our check-out page) are for U.S. deliveries only!
FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES, WE WILL EMAIL FREIGHT CHARGES.
WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UNTIL SHIPPING
ADDRESS AND FREIGHT COSTS ARE CONFIRMED! AFTER FOUR
BUSINESS DAYS, UNCONFIRMED ORDERS ARE VOID.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of
the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs
duties and fees levied by the destination country
("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international
shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which
are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be
paid by the recipient; we have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs
policies vary widely from country to country; you
should contact your local customs office for further
information. When customs clearance procedures are
required, it can cause delays beyond our original
delivery estimates.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
We will not re-ship any order that was not received
because the shipping address provided during the
checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.
If your order is returned as undeliverable to Maggie's
Organics, we will notify you via e-mail that your
order has been cancelled due to a failed delivery
attempt and you will be issued a refund of your
order subtotal. Shipping and handling charges
will not be refunded.
Maggie's will not re-ship orders returned as undeliverable.

DURING CHECKOUT IS COMPLETE AND ACCURATE BEFORE
